If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original, resellable condition.

Once your return is received, you'll be eligible for a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that appear used, opened, or not in their original condition.

  • Use a traceable and insured shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
  • Make sure your return has been approved before sending it back. Without approval, your return may not be processed.
