Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we immediately begin preparing your items for shipment. Most items will take 5-10 business days to process, but this can be extended for items in limited stock. Should there be a delay, you’ll receive an email notification.
Delivery Time
You have two options for delivery:
- Expedited Delivery: Expect your order within 3-5 business days.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated to arrive within 7-20 business days, depending on the local postal services. Some countries may take slightly longer, up to 12-20 days.
Please note that the delivery time is calculated after your order has been shipped, not after it has been placed. Delays may also occur due to COVID-19 impacts.
Shipping Costs
For faster delivery, you can opt for Express Shipping for an additional fee. To ensure smooth delivery, make sure to provide complete address details in English for express shipments.
Shipping Method and Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Below is a guide to the standard delivery times by region:
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Canada: 8-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 8-12 business days
- France, Germany, Italy, Spain: 8-13 business days
- Australia: 8-13 business days
- Japan: 5-10 business days
- Hong Kong SAR: 3-5 business days
Delivery times to other countries may vary. During high-demand periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, there may be delays.
Order Updates
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase details.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate shipping confirmations for each package.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, theft, or failure to retrieve the package in time.
- For international orders, local customs may inspect your package, and customs fees may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot accept refund requests for unclaimed packages due to unpaid customs fees.
